How do you see the future of recruiting with these technologies?
Responsibilities:
- Given a problem statement - being able to critically think / research and then analyze the findings to have a good understanding of the problem itself - before jumping to any solutioning for the stakeholders. So curiosity as a trait is a must - as most of the problems assigned will be ambiguous in nature and will need a good amount of independent thinking
- Once the problem is well understood - being able to translate that understanding into insights which can be then brainstormed / iterated / debated with the other relevant team members like product managers / business or users themselves - to be able to arrive at a possible solution(s) for the problem
- Once broadly convinced / aligned on the solution - being able to create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes - to make it easier to visualize the solution
- Being able to work with the technology (especially frontend) team to be able to support them with moving this design from say on Figma to the actual usable working solution
- Being able to constantly strive to improve the solution based on data driven insights and user research - as there is nothing called a perfect solution built - so there is always scope for improvement
- 1 - 3 years of experience at the same position
- Experience work with Figma is a must
- Experience work with design system is a must
- Being able to do user research comfortably is preferred
- Attention to detail and a good eye for design is preferred
- Exhibit a high degree of ownership and accountability
- English communication is a must
- Prior experience in a similar setup is a plus
- Experience working in product company, recruitment/hiring industry
- Experience with Ant design is a plus
