Mô Tả Công Việc
General
- Working knowledge of oil & gas industry standards such as HSE, API, IEC, ASTM, ANSI, and Vietnam governing body regulations for safe operation and compliance.
- Working knowledge of Vietnam Oil & Gas industry regulating body regulations & compliance.
- Maintain confidentiality of Company’ activities and operations.
- Build and maintain good relationships with Customers/Partners.
- Follow strictly reporting line stipulated by Company.
Main Responsibilities:
- Participate in meetings with Customers/Partners;
- Co-ordinate proactively with Customers/Partners to prepare documents for planned maintenance (PM) and/or unplanned maintenance (UM) works;
- Co-operate with Customer/Partners to execute PM/UM jobs at site;
- Assist with preparation of all necessary documents for Maintenance/ Repair/ Overhaul/ Replacement equipment;
- Assist with preparation of all service reports required to Customers;
- Assist to build maintenance procedures for equipment compliance with VN/International practice standards;
- Equipment Evaluation & Selection;
- Work closely with Customers/Partners for Min-Max Inventory to guarantee spare-part availability for Maintenance/Operation activities;
- Provide inputs to Maintenance Lead for budget planning based on long term maintenance plans or urgent inquiries from Customers;
- Provide inputs to troubleshooting’s/repair/replacement needs concerning in unplanned shutdown time to save costs, and enhance equipment reliability for Customers;
- Implement any guideline and assignment if required by the team leader.
- Make sure designed measurement machines have been installed and functioned properly
- Perform function tests and collaborates with others to solve issues using established procedures.
- Provided technical expertise to technicians and operators
- Generated cost-out ideas & should cost models for wind turbines components
- Collected and studied technical datasheet of our competitors
- Created engineering drawings, overall field layouts drawings and write test procedures
- Supported field service engineer

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in onshore/offshore oil & gas facilities or power plants, especially refineries.
- Or required minimum 3 years’ site experience in rotating equipment hand-on experiences of maintenance Good knowledge of process systems, and maintenance procedures
- Have ability to organize own work and meet strict deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A good command of English in both verbal and written skills.
- Good at planning, scheduling, and reporting skills.
- Good at team-work.
- Willing to travel for works domestic and oversea.
