Mô Tả Công Việc
- Check and prepare all documents related to Customs procedure. Know deeply about VNACCS software, Vietnam Customs Regulation.
- Advice to customers about the customs regulation as: HS code, C/O, Customs Sheet mode, import/export customs policy…
- Arrange for delivery/picking up cargo smoothly. Solve the problems related to customs clearance and delivery/pickup cargoes. Problem solving in order to improve service delivery standards and minimize cost impacts.
- Contact to customer for preparing document to get import license (if any).
- Ensure customer satisfaction and feedback to customers in professional manner.
- Monthly report preparation for management.
- Internally contact & work closely with team to handle the import/export shipments as customer’s requirement.
- Warehouse duties.
- Reviews and evaluates all subcontractors/vendors then choose the best subcontractors which match company’s service requirement according to company standards.
- Prepare tax payment, monthly payments for Vendors.
- Others will be discussed in the detail when interviewing.

** Requirement
- Experience: at least 2-3 years work experience in international freight forwarding company.
- Is flexible and capable to work in a team work.
- Is able to communicate in English.
- Has basic freight forwarding knowledge.
- Good at written and verbal communication skills.
- Organization and planning; Problem analysis and problem-solving.
** Benefits:
