- Content Management: Assist in the creation and organization of marketing content, including images, videos, and written materials. Ensure that all content is accurately cataloged and readily accessible.
- Data Entry & Analysis: Enter data into marketing databases and systems. Assist in collecting and analyzing data related to marketing campaigns, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Coordinator of Marketing Materials: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and promotional items.
- Social Media Support : Assist in managing social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries. Ensure that social media content aligns with the overall marketing strategy.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the marketing team, including managing schedules, paper work, documents, handling correspondence, and organizing meetings and events as well as reply all messages on all platforms.
Event Logistics
+ Support the planning and execution of marketing events, including logistics, materials preparation, and on- site assistance during events.
+ Budget Tracking: Assist in tracking and managing marketing- related expenses against the allocated budget.
+ Vendor and Supplier Coordination: Communicate with external vendors and suppliers to obtain quotes, coordinate deliveries, and ensure timely completion of marketing projects.

- Previous experience in marketing administration is a plus.
- Friendly, outgoing, positive and passionate about the hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Vietnamese & English
