Duties and responsibilities:

• Operational management: oversee day-to-day operations of the beach club

• Customer experience: ensure high-quality customer service, creating a welcoming environment for guests and addressing any concerns promptly.

• Event planning: coordinate and plan events and activities at the beach club, such as beach parties, live entertainment, wedding, …

• Financial management: 

- drive revenue, develop and manage budgets, forecasting revenue and expenses to ensure financial sustainability. 

- implement cost-effective measures while maintaining high-quality services, optimizing operational efficiency.

• Marketing and promotion: brand promotion, develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the beach club’s brand and attract a diverse clientele.

• Facility maintenance: ensure the proper maintenance of beachfront facilities, including lounges, umbrellas, water sports equipment, and any other amenities.

• Staff management: recruit, train, and develop a team of F&B staff. Develop and manage staff schedules, ensuring optimal coverage during peak hours and events.

• Minimum 5 years' related experience in a management role, preferably in hospitality, resort, or club management.

• Prior experience in managing large catering / banquet operations will be an added advantage

• Leadership skills with an ability to train, motivate, and create a team effort

• Strong financial acumen

• Decision making and problem solving

• Must be fluent in Vietnamese and English

• Must be flexible with work schedule, including extended hours, weekends, and holiday
