• Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements and recruitment priorities.

Talent Acquisition

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, employee referrals, career fairs, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Perform reference checks and verify employment information where applicable.
• Prepare employment offers and facilitate the onboarding process.

Employer Branding

• Promote the resort's employer brand through social media, recruitment campaigns, career events, and partnerships with educational institutions.
• Create engaging recruitment content to attract high-quality candidates.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Recruitment Administration

• Maintain an updated recruitment database and candidate pipeline.
• Prepare employment contracts and recruitment documentation.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor regulations.
• Generate recruitment reports and analyze hiring metrics.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Build strong relationships with department managers to understand hiring needs.
• Provide recruitment market insights and recommendations.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition; experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, interviewing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
• Understanding of Vietnamese Labor Law and HR best practices.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet recruitment deadlines.
