Mô tả Công việc
Job Summary
Responsible for the design, development and implementation of engineering strategies, projects and processes to ensuring that projects are align with global and local strategies, completed on time and within budget. Responsible for the management, evaluation and development of engineering team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engineering strategies and control local engineering budget process.
- Manufacturing engineering for new parts/products and engineering changes: Create NC Programs: Routings, define tools and fixtures and maintain Master Data in SAP. Partner with R&D to develop manufacturing process during the product creation process.
- Manufacturing Engineering for Existing Products: Optimize Workplaces, Tools, Fixtures, NC Programs in close cooperation with production to reduce cost and improve quality.
- Investment, Modernization and CAPEX: Coordinating with suppliers, internal departments to direct and support for the evaluation of projects, new machines, new tools, new processes. Reviews work and projects for technical accuracy.
- Manage and develop engineering team. Facilitates communication among clients/customers and engineers, ensuring specifications, budgets, and deadlines are clearly communicated and understood.
- Cost Estimating Process: For new business and Quotes to customers. Calculation of product cost: Material, Labor, Investments. Close cooperation with procurement, production, sales and client. Maintain calculation in SAP system.
- Industrialization of new products: Cooperate with R&D department to consult them in cost optimal design, development of manufacturing processes, tools, fixtures for series production. Coordinate production of prototypes.
- Engineering Change management process: coordinate drawing and customer driven change with production and procurement.
- Other works as assigned by GHs and GM.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10-years’ experience in Engineering for manufacturing companies (with 5-8 years in management level).
- Analytical skills for evaluating information carefully and solving complex problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both in English and Vietnamese).
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently. Good collaboration skills with other departments
- Deep understanding and proven Experience with Aluminum and stainless-steel CNC machining, Assembly, Chem, Cleaning, Tig Welding and Laser Welding
- Preferably experience in the Semiconductor Industry / Clean room environment
- Deep knowledge about state-of-the-art manufacturing technology and equipment
- Proficient with computer-aided drafting (CAD, CAM) software. Preferably NX-CAM
- Cost oriented mindset: Ability to identify cost reduction opportunities by optimizing existing processes in Assembly and CNC Machining in understanding of lean.
- Proven Experience for Product cost calculation
- Knowledge of new trends, developments, technologies, materials, and best practices; applies this knowledge to continually improve product lines and production efficiency.
