​The Opportunity
​National Citizen Bank (NCB) is in a phase of significant strategic elevation. We are seeking a seasoned Head of Transaction Banking Center to lead this critical hub within our Corporate Banking Division.
​Based in Hanoi, this role is designed for a veteran "builder"—a leader with a decade of experience who can bridge the gap between high-level corporate strategy and technical execution. You will be responsible for defining the standard of how NCB serves its most strategic clients through sophisticated cash management and ecosystem solutions.
​Key Responsibilities
​Strategic Hub Leadership: Establish and lead the Transaction Banking Center as the technical and product powerhouse within the Corporate Banking Division.
​High-End Cash Management: Drive the roadmap for complex Cash Management offerings, including advanced payments, automated collections, liquidity settlement, and bespoke ecosystem integration.
​Project Directorship: Lead the end-to-end implementation of TB platforms, from initial vendor negotiations to final system integration, ensuring NCB remains competitive in the digital landscape.
​Ecosystem Architect: Work alongside the Head of Corporate Banking to design and embed financial solutions directly into the supply chains and digital ecosystems of our strategic partners.
​Cross-Functional Synergy: Act as the key liaison between the front office, IT, Risk, and Operations to ensure product-market fit and operational excellence.
​Trade & Supply Chain: Direct the development of trade services and supply chain finance products to complement the core cash management suite.
​The Ideal Candidate
​Experience: Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in Transaction Banking.
​The "Builder" Pedigree: A documented track record of successfully building TB teams, centers, or large-scale projects, specifically within medium-sized banking environments.
​Subject Matter Expertise: Deep, expert-level understanding of TB techniques, multi-channel platforms, and the regulatory environment in Vietnam.
​Executive Presence: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with C-suite clients and international vendors alike.
​Language: High proficiency in English. Viet Kieu candidates with a strong command of Vietnamese and experience in international banking standards are highly preferred.
