Position Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and proactive Brand & Creative Designer to shape and strengthen Money Forward Vietnam's brand experience.

This role goes beyond graphic design. You will work closely with the cross-functional teams (incl. CEO) to create compelling visual storytelling, internal communication materials, employer branding campaigns, executive presentations, and multimedia content that represent our company culture and vision.

This role expects a strong security mindset, with a clear understanding of data privacy, credential protection, device security, and the responsible use of corporate systems, tools, and accounts.

Responsibilities

Corporate Branding

• Develop and maintain Money Forward Vietnam's visual identity across all channels, in close communication with the brand team at Money Forward's Japan HQ, based on the Money Forward Group brand guidelines.
• Develop and maintain Money Forward Vietnam's visual identity across all channels.
• Design marketing materials, brochures, company profiles, and branded assets.
• Create and manage company novelty items.
• Design office signage and environmental graphics.

Internal Communication & Employer Branding

• Design communication materials for internal campaigns and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support recruitment branding campaigns across social media and events.
• Collaborate with HR and Internal Communication teams (Culture team) to strengthen company culture through creative design.
• Produce event branding and communication assets.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications.

Executive Communication

• Partner directly with the CEO and management team to create high-impact presentations.
• Transform complex business concepts into compelling visual stories.
• Design materials for All Hands, management meetings, keynote speeches, and external events.

Multimedia Production

• Plan and create visual content for YouTube, social media and the corporate website.
• Photograph company events, employees and office activities, and edit photos for internal and external use.
• Shoot and edit short videos and YouTube content.
• Create motion graphics and simple animations when appropriate.

Creative Direction

• Propose new creative ideas to improve employee experience and employer branding.
• Continuously improve design quality and user experience across company touchpoints.
• Stay updated with design trends and AI-powered creative tools to improve productivity.

Qualifications

Required

• Portfolio required - please include a link or attachment showcasing branding, presentation, and multimedia work.
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, branding, multimedia production or related fields.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, presentation, and digital design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar.
• Strong visual storytelling skills.
• Experience as an in-house designer, with hands-on experience in building and maintaining a corporate brand.
• Good communication skills in English.

Preferred

• Experience working with executives or leadership teams.
• Experience working with overseas teams (close collaboration with the HQ in Japan is expected for this role)
• Experience creating employer branding or internal communication materials.
• Experience with Figma.
• Photography and videography skills.
• Motion graphics experience (After Effects or similar).
• Experience using AI creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or Canva AI.
• Experience working in a fast-growing technology company.
