JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Managing and arranging bookings with shipping lines, co-loader in accordance with the customer's export plan
• Managing the issuance of corporate bills to customers, sales, and the costs of shipments
• Make a monthly report of business activities to the Manager
• Assign work to junior staff in accordance with the capacity, ability, and instructions of the superior, and recommend new hires if necessary.
• Build job descriptions for job titles in the department based on the functions of the department
• Train junior staff to have enough professional knowledge to complete the assigned work
• Comply with and manage the department's professional activities in accordance with the company's quality management system, ensure productivity & output quality, and meet all requirements of customers.
• Receive and fulfill requests related to air freight forwarding from customers or agents.
• Gather documents to send a pre-alert to notify the agent of the information about the shipment.
• Issue debit note, send to customers, agents.
• Issue HBL, HAWB to customers, submit SI to shipping lines, and the co-loader
• Check, fully collect the cost of the shipment, and request payment from the shipping company or coleader.
• Handle daily tasks.

REQUIREMENT:

• Graduated from College or above in related majors
• Having more than 02 years of working experience in a forwarder as a customer service staff in logistics, and 2 years of working experience as a supervisor
• Good knowledge of export-import operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Good presentation skills, analytical, teamwork, problem-solving, and work arrangement skills.
• Proactive, hard-working, willing to support colleagues, and able to work under high work pressure
