Mô Tả Công Việc
**Key Responsibilities
- This position is responsible for the technical applications support and development for various Industrial Weighing equipment. Specific focus is with the FnB, Pharmaceutical, Chemical that need advanced applications and product technical knowledge. The TAC will assist the local sales team by providing technical application consulting support for various application areas
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Active participation in the sales process including pre and post sales visits. Work with SM/STL to develop opportunities to technical close.
- Identify sales opportunities for Industrial Weighing products in the specified target market segments.
- Develop strong application knowledge and serve as recognized expert for process improvement and development.
- Pre/post-sales application support and development to include on-site training, application support, and application feasibility studies and solution demo.
- Identify and develop application solutions that provide high value to customers.
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with service team, application team, software team and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support to run project smoothly.
- Ownership of quick and smooth solution deployment through managing the whole process starting from order production and Installation, working together with support from internal or external stakeholders.
- Generate internal company cross leads through delivering solutions to customers’ requirement. Plan, conduct industry seminar training

- Qualifications
• Education: Degree in Engineering (automation, electrical & electronic, mechatronics) or similar
• Language: Fair level of English, written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Solid works
• Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
• About 2 years of project management, project engineering (scope, schedule, cost, quality)
• Willing to travel
- Experience
• Proven working experience as a Project Engineer with industrial weighing equipment.
• Open and effective communication style, excellent public presentation skills, strong people skills, cross-organization teamwork, and the ability to interact with and influence the direction of the key opinion leaders in the industry.
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standard.
• Analytical, assertiveness, creativity, and effective problem-solving skills

- External: Customers, Supplier
