1. Job description:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the company's existing customers
• Provide advice and offer the company's services, address inquiries, and assist customers in using the services
• Search for and approach potential new customers to expand the customer base
• Participate in meetings and direct interactions with customers during their use of the company's services
• Propose new solutions, products, and services to enhance customer value
• Collaborate with operational teams to resolve issues, improve services, and enhance the customer experience
• Monitor the market, analyze data, report findings, and propose business strategies
• Participate in supporting the organization of company events
• Execute company and team plans to achieve set objectives



2. Job requirements:
• Excellent English skills (IELTS 5.0+ or TOEIC 750+)
• At least 3 years of experience in customer services and business development
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, International Trade (preferred), Commerce, or Foreign Language.
• Fluent in a foreign language: capable of reading and self-studying through English materials, communicating with, and understanding the needs of some foreign customers.
• Ability to self-educate, research, and continuously improve and share knowledge with colleagues.
• Dynamic, cooperative, and equipped with exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
