Responsibilities

Chat & Buy (5%)

• Handle customer inquiries, orders, and hotline calls.
• Verify orders and coordinate with teams for smooth fulfillment.
• Monitor stock-on-hand for accuracy.

Content & Inventory Management (20%)

• Manage product listings, pricing, images, and SKU accuracy across platforms.
• Track daily stock levels on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.
• Flag low-stock/OOS issues and recommend solutions.

Campaign & Promotion (25%)

• Set up and manage deals, vouchers, and campaign mechanics.
• Execute pre‑campaign checks and post‑campaign reviews.
• Coordinate with marketing, design, and platform teams.

Onsite Merchandising & CX (20%)

• Work with technical and design teams to update banners, tags, and landing pages.
• Ensure correct placement of priority products on flagship sites.
• Monitor customer journey to identify optimization opportunities.

Operations Coordination (10%)

• Support livestream setup (product prep, stock readiness, platform coordination).
• Manage KOC sample shipment and track deliveries.
• Keep clear documentation for cross‑functional alignment.

Reporting & Data (20%)

• Build operational reports on traffic, conversion, orders, GMV, and campaigns.
• Provide weekly/monthly performance insights.
• Identify anomalies and flag issues with data support.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E‑commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in E‑commerce Operations on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.

Skills & Competencies

• Basic understanding of e‑commerce metrics and ability to execute operational tasks based on SOPs.
• Detail‑oriented, well‑organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and comprehension skills, able to coordinate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• High self‑motivation, strong execution ability, and the capacity to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment.
• Good English communication skills (minimum TOEIC 550).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Docs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong logical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
