Job Overview (People Development & Knowledge):

The incumbent will be accountable in making sure the implementation of SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) as well as the guidelines regarding the People Development both from the principle and Company are implemented.

Responsibilities will be (but not limited to):

Creating an environment driving an industry leading customer experience
Elevating selling behaviours to influence top line growth and repeat business
Ensuring store team uses all product channels to meet customer need
Focusing store associates on business priorities resulting in world class selling practices
Influencing team to execute organizational initiatives with accuracy and speed
Impacting continuous output, reaching full potential of people, tools and technology
Beating plan by empowering associates to impact collaborates
Making the right talent calls, using a broad reach to ensure store is staffed to drive customer Experience
Providing teaching and guidance, holding associates accountable for outcomes
Seeking actionable solutions and quickly acts to fulfil the store’s growth potential

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

At least Bachelor degree from reputable universities
At least 5 years working experiences as Area Manager, preferably from Retail industry
Willingness to commit for long-term career in retail company
Manages team, incl. Store Associate, Assistant Store Manager in order to ensure maximum effectiveness of the sales
Has strong technical knowledge of the organization's products, services and sales techniques
Works with Region Head, Visual Merchandiser as well as Product Planning to develop and maximize the sales team's revenue potential
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Performs a variety of tasks and leads and directs the work of others
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa
