Main responsibilities:
- In charge of the production of part of the Project. She/ he accepts liability for its correct execution within the framework of :
o the Lead CW performance target,
o the safety regulations and quality policy,
o the ethic chart defined by VINCI and policy
o the general and detailed planning of the works
- In charge of preparing and supervising works on site in accordance with drawings and specifications;

Specific responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and tidiness of his sites,
- All construction activities, installations, production, and plant sections under his section of the works.
- Animating and coordinating his own work sections, including Sub Contractor task
- Coordinating and liaising with QHSE, HR and Sub Contractors Managers
- Analyses the civil works drawings and makes reports of every deviation or issue that he could find to the manager,
- Consequently define, select, and implement the required resources (manpower & equipment).
- Organize and Valid Daily documented record sheets,
- Compliance of the works activities with the QHSE and the Contract requirements.
- Check the daily reports from his teams and supervisors,
- Request for preparation of Site Instructions (to S/C finalized by the Site Engineer/Works Superintendent)
- Immediately inform the Site Engineer/ Works Superintendent of any significant accidents or near misses in line with the Project Safety Plan.
- Participate in the review and selection of the works methodologies through pre-task meetings,
- Approve Daily documented record Sheets and transfer them to Quality department,
- Maintain good communication and relationship with the client representative and Support department (quality, survey, HES…)

Supervises:
- Supervisors/Foremen/Team Leaders/Workers of Subcontractors

Main deliverable:
- Daily reports (approval)
- Call for Quality Inspection and sign documents with the QC
- Call for inspection on time
- Help to prepare safety report (near miss, accident report)
- Call for concrete deliveries on time and prepare his own concrete schedule for 2 weeks ahead.

General coordination:
- Participate in S/C weekly work meetings.
- Ensures compliance of the works with the safety recommendations and the measures stipulated in the Health Safety Environment Plan. Must stop the works any time there is a risk for personnel injury.
