***Main responsibility:
- With a background of site engineer or civil work construction engineer or electrical/mechanical engineer and experiences in HSE management, he is responsible for overseeing the health, safety and environmental compliance on site and reporting for related parties and putting data on specific platforms/dashboards. He will also make proposals as well as approach to develop report digitlisation and give credible interpretation to support management team in taking decision.
- Organizing campaign programs for employees and workers.


***Specific responsibilities:
- Leading in reviewing MST together with the team, giving comments to MST, drawings to ensure safety in design and preparation stage.
- Coordinating to implement annual HSE action plans to ensure objectives are met, especially to ensure HSE training, campaigns, inspections, and drills are implemented as part of the HSE plan.
- Preparing and reviewing reporting system with the goal of simplifying and digitalizing data and reducing paper work as long as ensuring the credibility of reporting.
- Participating in different meetings with related parties to report and explain HSE requirements of the Project.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations regarding safety training, campaigns, inspections, reporting and recordkeeping to prevent accidents in the workplace. Following KPIs and coordinate with the team to reach the objectives.
- Ensuring that employees and workers understand safety procedures and are aware of potential risks in their work environment.
- Training employees in safe work practices and methods to reduce hazards in the workplace.
- Recommending policies that promote safety and environmental culture in the workplace.
- Supporting Managers and team with planning, coordinating, and implementing effective HSE policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Regularly performing site inspection to verify compliance with HSE regulations by all those involved in the direct execution of the works to ensure the accuracy of reports.
- Must suspend work execution immediately whenever he is informed of an event endangering human safety,
- Conducting induction and orientation to new employees of Contractor /Subcontractor, making presentations to groups of employees.
- Ensuring staff awareness regarding emergency measures. Be a member of the Emergency Response team on site.
- Reporting near-misses, incidents, accidents ASAP.
- Investigating and analyzing accidents, incidents, near-misses, and non-conformities, that occurred on site, as well as following the implementation of an action plan so that they do not happen again.
- Completing the process for close-out all incidents and non-compliances. Taking part in analyzing non-conformities and proposing corrections, determining the causes of non-conformities, and corrective and preventive actions. Sharing and making feedback on non-compliance, complaints of the Client, preventive actions, and ideas for improvement.
- Undertaking risk assessments, giving comments to Method statements, making analysis of work activities to detect possible risks and proposes solutions to improve, and verifying that control measures have been implemented.
- Explaining HSE Management obligations to the Subcontractors and Suppliers and keeping at their disposal the Contractor's HSE documents,
- Liaising with relevant parties as the point of contact on-site. Maintaining cooperation with the internal/external HSE inspectors of EPMR in the management of HSE of the Project;
- Keeping up to date with current health and safety legislation.
- Keeping an up-to-date HSE files.
- Accompanying Visitors/Managers in site inspection.
- Making a commitment to achieve the objectives defined in the Company policy. Respecting all the procedures relating to the position.
