Front office operations

- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the Front office, ensuring proper service delivery based on the Department’s standards of procedures.

- Monitor room availability, arrivals, departures, VIP guests, new long-stay tenants, and follow-up with special requests.

- Supervise the Front desk, guest services and other front office functions in relation with the direct manager

- Ensure compliance with cash handling procedures, billing accuracy and financial controls where it requires

- Support Resident Services Manager with operation reports, inventory control or other supplies needs

- Coordinate closely with operation departments such as Engineering, F&B, Housekeeping, Sales, Security and management when requires to ensure the guest journey is as the delivered promise.

Guest experience

- Handle guests’ complaints, service recovery and special requests in a timely manner.

- Monitor and follow-up guests’ comments, mostly implement effective solutions to improve the guest satisfactions and solve the matter.

- Bring and raise ideas that enhance guest experience.

- Be available and adopt the right attitude to ensure all guests receive courteous and personalized service throughout their stay.

- Assist Resident Services Manager and FO Team in guests related activities and events.

As a Team leader

- Supervise, motivate and train when necessary FO associates.

- Conduct daily / shift briefings ensuring that operational priorities and guests’ requests are answered promptly and / or at least raised to higher manager.

- Encourage teamwork and a positive working environment.

- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and residence records.

- Ensure compliance with local regulations, policies and operational standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, tourism or related field.

• Good organizational and administration skills.

• Understanding of Front Office operations, guest relations and hotels systems.

• Good English level, capable of communicating fluently with our guests.

• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.

• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the brand and the Company.

• Minimum of three years’ experience in the relevant position.

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays when required.
