Develop strategic marketing plan for our residence, including group, leisure and local efforts that

address the distribution of rate offers, packages and programs designed to build occupancy.

 Define residence distribution and relationship marketing initiatives based on market needs and

cost of sales.

 Evaluate new marketing opportunities, ensuring the residence is represented on relating quality

internet sites that have the potential of providing business.

 Manage and develop social media sites and develop relation with the KOI.

 Assist the Sales and F&B team in developing promotions for various campaigns.

 Develop all imaging work (signage, brochure,…), ensuring consistent marketing message is

communicated in all advertising and collateral efforts.

 Coordinate the design of promotional material and distributing in online and offline channels.

 Promote our products and services before and during internal events.

 Track ROI for marketing campaigns.

 Manage company website contents.

 Craft and send regular newsletters with company updates (expected launch by Q3 2026).

 Act on behalf of the residence with all vendors, exacting a balance between quality work and

price, requesting estimates and approving all materials as needed.

 Keep detailed files and records on all matters relative to the residence’s marketing materials

(photo usage rights, vendor contracts, etc.).

 Network with industry experts and the local community to drive brand awareness as well as our

Diamond Card program.

 Other tasks assigned by manager.

 Strong planning and project management skills with good decision making ability

 Hands-on experience with web content management tools (CMS)

 Proficiency in MS Office

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 University degree in marketing, mass communications, advertising, journalism, or any other

related discipline

 Extensive experience in public relations and digital marketing

 Knowledge in graphic design software is a plus.

 Proven work experience as a Marketing Communications Specialist or similar role in the

hospitality industry
