Support HR Supervisor the HR activities, including but not limited to:

HR Service:
• Manage employee information
• Manage HR System

Training:
• Keep update training record and provide to local parties if needed
• Control and monitor training plan for employees
• Coordinate with vendor to arrange the training courses

Employee Experience:
• Support onboarding plans
• Support employee engagement survey
• Support HR Supervisor for people dashboard and analyzes trends to develop solutions, engagement program and communication
• Implement People experience, cultivate and embed ONEKBTG culture into employee everyday working life
• Performs other related duties as assigned
• Define assigned tasks and keep monitoring execution from related parties
• Control and communicate with all related parties
• Conduct focus groups to get employee insight, initiate solutions and follow up action plans
• To be able to resolve problems which in controlled duties and has to escalate to their supervisor once need assistance
