JOB OBJECTIVES

Job Summary : IPQC Technician is responsible to check production process compliance and inspect the finished goods as well as manage the IPQC Technicial. RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITY

• Prepare Document, Equipments - Tools needed for technician use during inspection process. Prepare all Documents, Equipments - Tools needed for staff to use during inspection process.

• Control stationary, machinery and test equipment always in the status of OK, avoid damage or expired calibration.

• Guide, inspect and monitor the daily 5S implementation of employees. Guide, check and monitor the daily implementation of 5S by employees

• Contact to Production Supervisor, QE, TS and together confirm Material / Finished goods detected by IPQC Tech/ PRD operators. Contact Production, QE, TS and together confirm Material / Finished goods detected by IPQC Tech/ PRD operators.

• Follow the Implementation of handling NG Material /FGs from QE/TS & Superior. Follow the implementation of handling non-conforming Material / Finished goods raised by QE/TS and Superior.

• Handle escalated topics from IPQC operator (inspector) and report to higher levels if it cannot solve.

• Arrange, assign inspection plan when there is a change in team such as missing operator, working overtime. Arrange, assign inspection plan when there is change in the team such as short of people, overtime

• Review IPQC report daily, give feedback to update, correct if any. Review IPQC report daily, give feedback to update, correct if any.

• Communication of information about problems that arise and changes information in the shift for next shift.

• Record all of findings during the inspection and report to the superior.

• Report to the superiors such including phone contact (if working shift) to get the quality issue solved.
