Social Media Planning

• Develop and manage the social media content calendar for the resort's restaurants, bars,

lounges, weddings and culinary experiences.

• Plan content around seasonal promotions, chef collaborations, new menus, signature cocktails,

festive programmes and special events.

• Ensure a balanced mix of promotional, lifestyle, educational and behind-the-scenes content that

reflects each outlet's unique identity.

• Identify opportunities to increase engagement through timely, relevant and creative content.

Content Development & Production

• Identify compelling stories, personalities and guest moments that bring the resort's culinary

experiences to life.

• Coordinate/execute content production to ensure a consistent pipeline of fresh visual assets.

This includes producing photo and video content and editing.

• As needed, develop content briefs for photography, videography and graphic design in

collaboration with other team members or outside vendors.

• Write first-draft social media captions and supporting content for editorial review.

• Maintain an organised library of social media assets for future use.

Community Engagement

• Monitor social media activity relating to the resort's restaurants and bars.

• Respond to comments and direct messages where appropriate, or coordinate responses with

operational teams.

• Identify opportunities to engage with guests, creators and local communities in ways that

strengthen brand awareness.

• Monitor social media trends and recommend new ideas appropriate for a luxury hospitality

audience.

Content Performance

• Track engagement, reach and content performance across social media platforms.

• Identify high-performing content and recommend future improvements based on audience insights.

• Provide regular performance summaries and content recommendations to the Content &

Communications Manager.

Collaboration

• Build strong relationships with chefs, outlet managers, R&B team and relevant sales team to

maintain a continuous pipeline of engaging stories and content ideas.

• Work under the editorial direction of the Content & Communications Manager to ensure all content

reflects the resort's tone of voice, editorial standards and brand positioning.

• Partner with the Restaurants & Bars Marketing Specialist to align social media content with

commercial priorities, promotions and business objectives.

• Collaborate with Marketing colleagues to create visually compelling content across all platforms.

• Support the Associate Director of Public Relations by identifying restaurant and bar content

suitable for media, influencer and partnership opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Communications or a related discipline.

• Minimum two years' experience in social media production and management.

• Photo/video storytelling/production/editing experience, ideally in a restaurant or hospitality

environment.

• Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of consumer behaviour.

• Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate marketing performance.

• Professional written and spoken English; Vietnamese preferred.

• Passion for hospitality, food & beverage and creating commercially successful guest experiences.
