2+ years working experience;
Preferably worked as CEO assistant, office manager, clerk, accountant;
Experience with business setup such as Foreign Owned Enterprise and office setup (some HR, some legal, some office setups, vendors, etc);
Experience in small & highly efficient companies preferred;
Extremely good with ad hoc and multi tasking;
Easily adapt and use online tools such as google workspaces, operating SaaS systems, slack, etc;

Responsibility Areas:
Company Setup (foreign company setup, obtain business license, and other government approval);
1st Hires/Recruitment (calling and scheduling suitable candidates, tracking candidates in Applicant Tracking System);
Banking (Company bank setup, Salary, Vendor and adhoc payments);
Office Setup (research office location, computers, stationary, snacks, etc, checkin, checkout system, etc);
HR and Labour Contract related (labour contracts, handbook, staff attendance, etc);
Online Services setup (gmail, slack);
Vendor Outsourcing (IT, Office, Finance);
