Mô Tả Công Việc
We are looking for Architectural Designer to take over the roles as following:
Job Description:
- Manage the Documents & drawings related Technical design.
- Manage the Technical and Shop drawing with Building Team during the Construction period.
- Prepare some kinds of Document for Design Standard.
- Prepare some kinds of document for Regular Meeting with Graphic Tools.
- Coordinating Variety Order works with Planning Team during the Construction Period
- Coordinating with the Sub-Contactor task.
- Coordinating with the Client in the procedures related to permit, design change approval.
- Coordinating Variety Order works with Planning Team.
- Implement technical drawings, construction drawings and other tasks as assigned by superiors.
- Work directly with site engineers, subcontractors based on Shop drawings.
- Check the construction site periodically during the construction period.
- Formal contract signed after three months of probationary work.
- Make Drawing for Construction with CAD.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Have at least 7 years of experience in architectural design.
- Graduated from university majoring in architecture schools: Architecture, structural Construction (Architecture, Structural, Construction, Interior, Mechanical, Electrical)
- Understand detailed construction drawings and structures
- Proficiency in Auto CAD software, Revit, 3D-Max of Sketch-up, Photoshop ...
- Proficiency in Office Tool, Excel, Power-Point, Words and so on.
- Self-motivated, disciplines, performance-driven and able to work in a team or independently;
- Ability to communicate in English;
- Formal contract signed after three months of probationary work.
