We are looking for PLANNING & ENGINEERING MANAGER to take over the roles as following:
Job Description:

- “Quantity Calculation Work” from drawings and make “Quantity Statement” including items list

- Managing the planning of design, build stages of construction projects.

- Combined with site quantities control, weekly, monthly progress reports.

- Coordinating “Variation Order” works with design team and construction team during the Construction Period

- Coordinating with the Client in the procedures related to “Permit and Design Change” approval

- Understand the terms and conditions of payment under the contract of the project

- Actively negotiate and negotiate contracts in accordance with regulations. Making Contracts related to construction, procurement, other commercial contracts and so on.

- Making “Minutes of Acceptance and Accompanying Documents” for each stage: Goods Arrival, Equipment Installation, Test Run, Completion and Finalization.

- Collaborate with engineers and departments to protect and making payment with Consultants and Investors

- Check the payment records of the subcontractors with construction team in accordance with the company's regulations.

- Check the Quantity and unit price to be paid to the subcontractors with construction team according to the approved quantity and unit price in the project's budget.

- Synthesize & monitor the payment of the subcontractors with construction team and compare with the payment of the project with the Customer.

- Support and coordinate with departments to solve problems related to construction cost management and tasks assigned by construction and planning director.
