• To prepare the Statement of Income & the Statement of Balance Sheet at the end of month.

• To be responsible for the declaration on Tax (Turnover, Special Consumption, Management fee tax).

• Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety.

• Making Weekly Manager’s report.

• Making Monthly Operations Report, Quarterly Operations Report to collect and checking all Sales Journal Voucher for posting to the ledgers.

• To collect and checking all Sales Journal Voucher for posting to the ledger.

• Cooperating and connecting subordinates in Finance team to perform daily routines tasks.

• Giving daily guidance to subordinates to solve daily issues which are brought from external departments or internal one.

• To have a complete understanding of the Hotel Employee Handbook and adhere to the regulations contained therein.

• Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Number of employees supervised directly: Accounts Supervisor/ Accounts Receivable Clerk/ Income Auditor/General Cashier

Key Metrics:

• Completion of assigned tasks/projects

• Timely and up to date reports

Key External Relationships: Interacts with guests and individuals outside the hotel including, but not limited to, current and potential clients, owning company representatives, suppliers, competitors and other members of the local community.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.

• Good writing skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.

Experience:

• 3 years in hotel accounting or auditing experience including management experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
