We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager with a strong background in Management, who excels in operational strategy, team coordination, and organizational development. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO and other departments to ensure smooth operations, effective financial management, and sustainable growth for the company.

• Collaborate with the CEO to set and execute the organizational vision, operational strategies, and staffing plans, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth goals.
• Translate company strategies into actionable goals and measurable performance indicators for departments, ensuring efficient execution and accountability.
• Oversee company-wide operations, employee productivity, and cross-department coordination; foster a highly inclusive and performance-driven culture.
• Manage budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and compliance activities; work closely with the Accounting and Legal teams to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance.
• Supervise and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Monitor operational performance, implement corrective actions when necessary, and prepare detailed reports for current status and future forecasting.
• Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met and strictly followed.
• Other tasks as assigned by the CEO.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations management or related roles;
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and result-oriented mindset.
• Conversational English skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and relevant management tools.

• Experience in the IT industry or working with technology companies.
• Familiarity with task management and communication tools such as Trello, Slack, or WhatsApp.
• Experience working with C-level executives and managing cross-functional teams.
