GLOBAL HANSOLL (Hansoll Textile Co., Ltd.) is a leading global apparel manufacturer partnering with internationally recognized brands, including PINK, Victoria's Secret, Carter's, UNIQLO, and Walmart.

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Garment Merchandiser to join our growing team and contribute to the successful development and production of world-class apparel products.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development

• Coordinate closely with the Sample Room to monitor sample development progress and ensure timely completion.
• Place purchase orders for sample fabrics with mills and monitor fabric readiness and delivery schedules.
• Arrange trims and accessories required for sample development.
• Monitor development timelines and ensure all key milestones are achieved on schedule.
• Prepare and submit development packages and samples to buyers.
• Update sample shipment information and maintain accurate records in internal systems or buyer platforms.

Production Management

• Oversee and coordinate the production process from order confirmation through final shipment.
• Develop, monitor, and update the Time & Action (T&A) Calendar to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain a solid understanding of fabrics, garment construction, and finishing processes, particularly for knit products.
• Prepare and maintain delivery status reports for weekly cross-functional production meetings.
• Coordinate product testing with third-party laboratories and work closely with factories and mills to resolve testing or quality issues promptly.
• Support seasonal mill allocation planning and production capacity management.
• Prepare, maintain, and update product costing sheets to ensure cost accuracy and transparency.
• Monitor key production milestones, including buy dates, pre-production lead times, and shipment schedules.
• Collaborate closely with Product Development, Technical Design, Production Planning, factories, mills, and buyers to ensure smooth order execution.
• Maintain effective communication between buyers, factories, and internal teams to ensure product quality and on-time delivery.

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Lunch Break: 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM

• 2–8 years of experience as a Garment Merchandiser in the apparel manufacturing industry.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Apparel Merchandising, Garment Technology, Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, or a related field.
• Experience in sample development and/or bulk production follow-up is preferred.
• Experience working with international brands such as PINK, Victoria's Secret, Carter's, UNIQLO, or Walmart is a strong advantage.
• Good command of spoken and written English for daily communication with buyers and cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple styles and production timelines simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to work overtime when required to support production schedules.
• Solid understanding of fabrics, trims, garment construction, costing, and apparel production processes.
