JOB DESCRIPTION
Create job file and do billing to clients per WH manager’s confirmation
Monitor/File service contracts with suppliers; Alert to related Department Heads on expiration one month in prior expired date;
Fixing all error batches that are stuck and cannot imported into AX & CMC system,
Create new GIDs for customer/ consignee/ shipper;
Booking GOM: POB transactions/CCA (clear cash advance) journals, GL Adjustments,...
Assist in preparing raw data for budget- forecast,
Support Finance team in other tasks or ad- hod tasks.
Extract raw data for month OPEX report/ VNIC report and weekly Job Open;
Reconciling G/L for PoB and deposit accounts
REQUIREMENTS
- Can work at least 6 months full time from Oct 2026
- Hard working, willing to learn
- Fluent in English, Excellent in both speaking and writing of English
- Excellent in Microsoft offices
- Can work under pressure
- 3rd/4th year students or Freshers with major of Accounting, Finance or other related majors at Universities
