About Accounting Team of GalaxyJoy
The accounting department plays an important role in running the business. It helps track revenue and expenses while ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements.
The accounting team keeps the ongoing financial health of the Company, helps bring a fully picture of financial status, ensure full transparency in its financial transactions, while also providing specialized, centralized support to other teams and managers.

Account Receivable Job Description
• Work closely with Operation team for day-to-day operating transaction recording: revenue, COGS and receivable;
• Maintain the E-invoice system and reconcile the invoices with internal data;
• To process various accounting documents, such as invoice, receipt, sale contract;
• Overall bookkeeping to ensure the accuracy and timely financial data;
• In charge of month-end and year-end closing procedures related to Account Receivable function;
• Follow up and in charge of Receivable Collection for the Company;
• Assist the team for data of Tax report (VAT, CIT…);
• Meeting with other stakeholders to understand about the Company new product and give financial advice (if any);
• Assist in other tasks required by Line Manager.
