JOB SUMMARY:
The Accounting & Reporting Manager to supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities. Accounting & Reporting Manager's responsibilities include establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting information.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Manage a set of accounting activities to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, corporate policies, and external audits;
● Manage and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department;
● Supervise the AR, AP functions, monthly closing of accounts;
● Do related reports as requirement including Financial statement and manegement reports;
● Monitor and analyze accounting data and producing financial reports or statements;
● Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles;
● Supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities. His/her responsibilities include setting financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting information;
● Coordinate and complete annual audits;
● Work with stakehoders for related tasks;
● Perform tax reports, financial reports as current regulations;
● Update new tax regulations, compare and brief any change and impact to our business (When necessary);
● Coordinate forecast budgeting;
● Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions;
● Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy;
● Meet financial accounting objectives;
● Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.
