• Conduct administrative documents needed as to ensure improvement in service quality and operation efficiency;

• Attend department’s meetings on a period basis or as required and support in practicing initiatives discussed at meetings;

• Participate in job training plan across the department and implement in all aspects of Front Office professionals; manage the subordinate’s performance and conduct appraisal if needed;

• Devising/maintaining office systems, including data management and filing;

• Arranging travel, visas and accommodation, and occasionally travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations;

• Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;

• Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority under General Manager instruction;

• Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;

• Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager;

• Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings;

• Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.

+ In 2 months probation will receive full salary

• Good spoken and written English levels are required. Other language is a plus;

• Ability to keep cool under high pressure;

• Excellent organization, time management, customer service skill;

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
