Job summary:

• Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal support role in the Sales & Marketing department of the resort. This position is responsible for coordinating sales-related activities, maintaining client records, preparing proposals and contracts, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales team and clients.
• The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, well-organized, and passionate about luxury hospitality.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the DOSM's daily schedule, appointments, and meetings
• Support DOSM with administrative and sales tasks.
• Respond promptly to guest and client inquiries via email, phone, or in-person.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas; take minutes and follow up on action points
• Maintain and update client databases, control Sales Kit & giveaway inventory
• Coordinate all aspects of the DOSM's business trips, including flight bookings, ground transportation, visa arrangements, accommodation, travel insurance, and meeting schedules.
• Assist in organizing promotional events and trade shows. Site inspections in the property incase of Sales team busy.
• Follow up on leads and maintain communication with potential and existing clients.
• Liaise with other departments (e.g., Front Office, F&BS, Reservations,...) to ensure seamless execution of group bookings and events.
• Ensure all contracts and paperwork are properly filed and compliant with resort policies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports. Make minutes of all meeting done with DOSM
• Ensure all sales materials and collateral are updated and aligned with brand standards.
• Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
• Duty Roster, Purchase Order processing, Booking entertainment and internal meeting room
• Make HR roaster on the system and coordinate with the team on maintaining SOP.

Candidate with University Certificate: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related filed
