KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage end-to-end import operations (booking, documentation, customer service, cost control, P&L).
• Lead & manager the Import team including documentation, customer service and sales import staff; set KPIs, monitor performance, and support professional growth.
• Develop and expand partnerships with overseas agents and logistics providers to strengthen company’s import network.
• Lead pricing strategy, rate negotiation, and profitability improvement.
• Drive sales and business development for company-controlled Import services (LCL, FCL, Air) in close coordination with Sales teams, aiming to increase market share and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with international regulations and customs procedures.
• Set and manage team KPIs, monitor performance, and support professional growth.
• Generate and analyze reports on profit, cost, performance, and efficiency.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in import forwarding (operations & business development), with at least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Ocean/Air/Truck services and international logistics procedures.
• Proven experience in building and expanding overseas agent networks for Import.
• Proficient in English and MS Office
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in Master Consol handling is an advantage

WORKING TIME:

8AM – 5 PM from Monday- Friday & from 8AM - 11:30 AM on Saturday.
