- Control incoming part quality input in Line
- Responsible and follow up product quality (Patrol CS), SPC record
- Resposible for Customer Claim and QRQC, PDCA
- Open issue summary, corrective action implement and improve Process - Product Quality with related departments
- On the job Training for Leader (woker) in prod. about standards and Quality points
- Follow up 4M change.
- Equipement / Device/ Jig MSA - Calibration
* Process Quality review during development new model
- Responsible for process quality review and follow up every development stage.
- Determine strategies for continuous improvement in process quality to reduce the variability in all processes.
- Responsible & follow up process / product audit plan and implement periodically.
* Report
- Prepare and submit daily report to QA Manager
- Weekly, monthly quality status report , follow up KPI
- Report to QA Manager
* Working time:
- 07:30 - 16:40 from Monday to Saturday, lunch time from 12:00 - 12:30
- Off 2 Saturdays per month
