GENERAL DESCRIPTION
As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in facilitating the successful execution of rooftop solar and energy-related projects with the existing tenants of DEEP C. You will leverage your knowledge and project coordination skills to work with multiple stakeholders from customers to internal departments as well as external partners, contractors, authorities, etc., to achieve successful delivery of investment projects and effective operation of renewable energy assets.

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, regulatory bodies, customers and project partners;
- Facilitate communication and information exchange between internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects objectives;

2. Project development and execution:
- Collaborate with department’s head and other stakeholders to develop project plans, budget, and schedules;
- Coordinate and execute investment projects, oversee the full process of project implementation, including customers engagement, permitting, tendering and procurement, contractor coordination, installation and commissioning to reach investment targets and ensuring alignment with projects objectives;
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or obstacles, proactively implementing solutions to mitigate issues;

3. Permitting and Regulatory Compliance:
- Lead the permitting process, prepare and submit permit applications, supporting documentation, engaging with regulatory agencies to obtain necessary approvals for the projects, from investment licenses, fire-fighting approvals, environmental assessments to construction permits, power operation permits, etc.;
- Navigate regulatory frameworks and requirements in terms of investment, construction, energy and renewable energy fields;

4. Operations Coordination:
- Support the Operations function and coordinate with other departments as required to ensure the effective power generation of operational renewable energy assets;

5. Team leadership and support:
- Provide guidance and support to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Mentor junior staff members, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team capabilities.
