Mô Tả Công Việc
Under the procurement process:
• Review procurement documents and prepare orders;
• Analyze and evaluate procurement documents for goods and services (mostly price -cost);
• Negotiate with suppliers;
• Develop and monitor cost-reduction strategies;
• Monitor procurement manual;
• Monitor the supplier’s performance;
• Archive evaluation, negotiation documents and other relevant record and documents for checking and tracking during contract implementation (if needed);
• Make suppliers/contractors evaluation;
• Track and schedule all materials, equipment, and personnel purchase orders;
• Learn how to use “Navbuild” software;
Under the Line Manager:
• Join and follow-up meeting with suppliers;
• Develop cost control plans;
• Follow-up other tender-related works until the contract has been successfully awarded;
• Archive the bid evaluation, bid negotiation documents and other relevant record and documents for checking and tracking during contract implementation (if needed);
• Prepare procurement dashboard report;
• Other works directed by Line Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related fields;
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar positions (procurement, contract management, or supply chain);
• Strong analytical and decision – making skills;
• A good understanding of project cost, construction cost and price, cost – price analysis;
• Familiar to MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic use of project cost elaboration software (G8 for example);
• Honest, determined, responsible and disciplined;
• Able to communicate in English;
• Team-player
• Able to work under high pressure.
• Good communication, negotiation, and sourcing skills;
• Training certificate in Procurement (issued by recognized Institutes) is an advantage;
• Having a valid Professional License in Procurement issued by Public Procurement Agency of MPI is an advantage.

Khu công nghiệp DEEP C là nhà phát triển và điều hành cụm cơ sở hạ tầng cảng và khu công nghiệp của Bỉ tại Hải Phòng và tỉnh Quảng Ninh - khu vực phát triển năng động nhất ở miền Bắc Việt Nam
Câu chuyện của chúng tôi bắt đầu vào năm 1997 với sự phát triển của DEEP C Hải Phòng I (trước đây gọi là Khu công nghiệp Đình Vũ), là sự hợp tác giữa nhà đầu tư Bỉ Rent-A-Port và Ủy ban Nhân dân Hải Phòng.
Trong 26 năm qua, nó đã không ngừng mở rộng ra 3 khu công nghiệp ở Hải Phòng và 2 khu công nghiệp ở Quảng Ninh, hình thành cụm khu công nghiệp DEEP C có diện tích 3.400 ha tại tâm điểm bùng nổ cơ sở hạ tầng và sản xuất của khu vực, gần sân bay quốc tế, cảng biển nước sâu và mạng lưới đường cao tốc mở rộng
