About the Role:

• Support the Office & Industrial Leasing team in sourcing properties, conducting site inspections, and assisting clients throughout the leasing transaction process.
• Engage with landlords and corporate occupiers to understand their requirements and support leasing negotiations and documentation.
• Prepare leasing proposals, marketing materials, and weekly/monthly leasing reports for internal teams and clients.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support pricing strategies, property positioning, and leasing recommendations.
• Work closely with senior brokers to learn the full leasing cycle—from property sourcing and client engagement to lease negotiations and deal execution.
  
  

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, Architecture, Foreign Trade, or related disciplines.
• Open for fresh graduates passionate in Sales, Leasing & Brokerage or candidates with 0–1 year of sales & client-facing experience are encouraged to apply.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with clients and property owners.
• Proactive, energetic, and eager to build a career in commercial real estate leasing.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English with good presentation and communication skills.
