Responsible for growing tenant advisory and landlord services in Vietnam, delivering strategic real estate solutions to corporate occupiers and driving revenue performance under the approved business plan.

About the Role:

• Drive tenant advisory and landlord representation services under the leadership of the Associate Director, ensuring achievement of the approved business plan and revenue targets.
• Advise corporate occupiers on acquisition, renewal, relocation, consolidation, and portfolio optimization strategies, aligning real estate solutions with their financial and operational objectives.
• Lead negotiations and execute tenant representation appointments, creating competitive tension in the marketplace to secure the most favorable commercial terms for clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and corporate occupiers to enhance market intelligence and accelerate transaction cycles.
• Collaborate closely with cross-service line teams nationally and internationally to deliver integrated real estate solutions while contributing to business development initiatives across HCMC and Hanoi.
  
  

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; RICS or professional certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in commercial leasing, tenant representation, or real estate advisory within Vietnam.
• Proven track record of handling sizable transactions and managing relationships with MNC clients and reputable developers.
• Strong negotiation, financial analysis, and deal structuring capabilities, with the ability to present space comparison and occupancy cost analysis clearly to clients.
• Commercially driven, relationship-oriented, and confident in leading client engagements while mentoring junior team members.
