*** Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Preparing press releases and publicity materials and attending press events.
- Liaising with frontend and backend departments to promote programs and campaigns. Evaluating
campaign performance and data analytics.
- Website and social media platform content update and content writing.
- Organizing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Ensuring marketing plans are executed according to the project timeline.
- Conducting competition research and market analysis to identify the target audience.
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy (often as part of a wider sales and marketing programmed).
- Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising, and SEO to make sure the correct mediums are
being used and campaigns are effective. Track marketing performance and return on investment and
prepare weekly or monthly reports for management.
- Monitor and report on competitor activity.
- Lead external agencies, when appropriate, to effectively manage events, press relationships, editorial
requests, presentations, promotional materials, online activities.
- Oversee and manage the marketing budget.
- Provide administrative support and paper works to the Sales team.
- Create customer profile in the Autoline system/relevant systems and issue sales receipts.
- Manage all apparel and accessory sales.
- Oher tasks related to sales & marketing if required.
