Mô Tả Công Việc
Reporting To: Head of Aftersales
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the Aftersales operations in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi to achieve profitability and meet customer satisfaction targets.
• Motivate the team to meet business objective within a culture of continuous improvement, process excellence and high levels of workshop efficiency
• Manage and control all Aftersales standards processes and audits as per manufacturer’s requirements
• Ensure the workshop complies with legal requirements and safety standards
• Maintain strong collaborative relationship with manufacturers
• Develop and maintain a strong rapport with customers
• Any other tasks assigned by your superior

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Vietnamese National
• Minimum 3 years proven Aftersales Management experience within the automotive industry
• High level of English ability, both written and verbal
• Passion for customer service and experience in a service-oriented environment
• Strong communicator with a customer-centric personality
• Excellent people management and interpersonal skills
• Process-driven, highly motivated and results-oriented
• Based in Ho Chi Minh with travel to Hanoi depending on business requirements.
