Mô Tả Công Việc
Key tasks and responsibilities:
• Maintain and update the CRM databases for the respective brand portals and internal systems.
• Identify Customer vehicles requiring contact for routine servicing and other Aftersales related activities.
• Provide the Service Advisors information required for timely Service Reminders and track performance of booking conversions.
• Make contact with all Customers after every workshop visit in order to support high levels of Customer Satisfaction.
• Trend analysis of all Customer feedback with monthly summary presentations to Management.
• Monitor for lapsed Customers with contact attempts as appropriate.
• Support the respective brands marketing teams with Customer and vehicle data for campaigns.
• Any other tasks assigned by your supervisor.

Qualifications / Professional Certifications / Skills Required:
• Graduated college or above in related subjects.
• Good standard of English.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel (essential).
• CRM related experience is required, Automotive CRM experience is preferred.
• Team player with excellent communication, innovation and analytical skills.
