I. CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Support product manager to maintain the website, research, and implement new features/projects for Supersports website

II. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

1. Product scopes

• Maintain the website and connect arising technical problems, and operating system of E-commerce with the technical team, IT, and partners when needed
• Collaborate with Product Manager to translate business requirements into actionable development plans and follow up until the project is launched
• Work closely with stakeholders, IT, and partners to ensure timely and successful product launches
• Analyse and manage E-commerce data (website, sales, marketing, customer activity, and other data) to optimize and find ways to improve conversion rates and drive revenue growth on website
• Responsible for ensuring the quality of the website
• Learn, analyze, build, and ensure a seamless, fast, and professional customer experience (UX) in the entire Ecommerce Sales Funnel process

2. Ecommerce scopes

• Analyse and manage E-commerce data (website, sales, marketing, customer activity, and other data) to optimize and support the commercial team to improve conversion rates and drive revenue growth on the website
• Support commercial team running E-commerce campaigns
• Find out and track competitor websites, analyze websites and retail industry trends, proactively recommend content, sell and enhance user experience to improve conversion rates change of website
• Support manager to statistics, report, and analyze digital performances to come up with a plan to optimize conversion rates and increase website performances
• Track and assist the manager in connecting with external partners and implementing E-commerce operations
• Perform other tasks and support when necessary according to the mobilization of the superiors
