Occupational Health, Safety & Environment Management:

Develop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve occupational health, safety, and environmental management systems.

Establish policies, objectives, procedures, and annual action plans.

Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.

Monitor and improve SHE performance across all departments.

Compliance & Audit:

Ensure compliance with Vietnamese legal regulations related to occupational safety, health, and environment.

Coordinate with government authorities, customers, auditors, and related parties regarding SHE matters.

Lead internal SHE audits and support external audits.

Maintain and control SHE documentation and records.

Risk & Incident Management:

Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures.

Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases.

Implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize operational risks.

Support safe and smooth factory operations.

Training & Awareness:

Organize training programs and awareness activities for employees.

Promote a strong safety culture and safe working practices throughout the factory.

Emergency Response:

Develop and manage emergency preparedness and response plans.

Organize emergency drills and evaluate response effectiveness.

Environmental Management:

Monitor environmental performance and waste management activities.

Promote environmental protection and sustainability initiatives.

Management Support:

Provide SHE reports, analysis, and improvement recommendations to BOD.

Support continuous improvement activities related to SHE performance.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in SHE/HSE management in manufacturing environments.
• Experience working in factories or multinational companies is preferred.
• Experience in ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 implementation and maintenance.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor safety and environmental laws.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
