1. Control IQC, LQC, OQC .Working process, ILOQC inspection standard ,result ,injection plastics appearance ...vv )
2. Analyze , and find improvement action when happen defect on process. (By 8D Report).
- Reduce defect rate in process injection, coating, assembly (Q-Bank report )
3. Dimension room management, reliability test
( chamber, hot cold temp...), XRF .
4. Management CS part, Co working with customer for solved issues. Review reports with customers LGE, MCNEX, LGD, DSG...vv
5. Management of Quality Management System IATF16949.
