Key Responsibilities:
1. Container Delivery Oversight:
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth and efficient coordination of container deliveries to the UK. This involves managing the logistics process, coordinating with shipping partners, and overseeing timely dispatch of shipments.
2. Office Staff Management:
As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supervising the office staff. Your exceptional leadership skills will inspire the team to perform at their best, fostering a positive work environment.
3. Fluent English Proficiency:
The role demands fluency in English to effectively communicate with the directors, clients, and international stakeholders. As an adept translator, you will assist in bridging language barriers during meetings and ensuring clear communication.
4. Order and Production Management:
Keeping production up-to-date with the orders received is crucial. You will track progress, monitor manufacturing processes, and ensure timely completion of orders. Regularly updating senior directors on manufacturing progress will be essential.
5. Supplier and Inventory Control:
Managing supplier relationships and ensuring timely payment to suppliers will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will oversee stock levels, optimizing inventory management to maintain a smooth production flow.
6. Container Shipping:
Coordinating container shipments, adhering to regulations, and liaising with relevant authorities will be central to your role. Your attention to detail will ensure hassle-free shipping operations.
