Mô Tả Công Việc
*** KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS :
- Ensure smooth operation of the Department:
• Coordinate with EMD teams (RBF team, Infrastructure & site control team, landscape team and Fire fighting team) to supervise and assist them in daily operation.
• Guide EMD teams to solve issues/problems of customers.
• Supervise as assist EMD teams to follow and update/revise the working (ISO) procedures and Work instructions.
• Coordinate with other departments / divisions of VSIP to solve customers’ issues or requests.
- Guide EMD to assist customers in their drawing design and factories building:
• Assist team in charge to meet with customers / consultants / contractors in guidance of design.
• Assist team in charge to coordinate with other teams or other departments / divisions to check and reply the drawing/design for customers.
• Assist team in charge to supervise and support customers’ construction.
- Assist for Land, RBF handing /taking over:
• Assist team in charge to coordinate with other teams, other departments / divisions for Land, RBF handing /taking over
- ISO team leader:
• Assist EMD teams to control, implement and improve QHSE Management system and EMD procedures.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
a. Educational qualifications / expertise:

- University degree or equivalent qualification.
- At least 5 years experience in same field
b. Relevant knowledge and skills:
(List the relevant knowledge, skills, competencies required for the job)
- English: Well in four skills, equivalent to level C or above.
- Computer: Properly in Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook...
- Communication: Fluently and Clearly
(Detail the minimum required level of qualification, expertise and number of years of experience)

Khu công nghiệp Việt Nam Singapore (VSIP) được hình thành dựa trên nền tảng tình hữu nghị và hợp tác kinh tế giữa Việt Nam và Singapore, được Thủ tướng Võ Văn Kiệt lần đầu tiên đề xướng đến Thủ tướng Goh Chok Tong vào tháng 3 năm 1994. Tập đoàn VSIP là một trong những tập đoàn hàng đầu Việt Nam về lĩnh vực phát triển cơ sở hạ tầng khu công nghiệp và khu đô thị, với mục tiêu phát triển xanh và bền vững. Tiếp nối sự phát triển thành công của VSIP tại miền Bắc Việt Nam, sau VSIP Bắc Ninh, dự án Khu Đô thị, Công nghiệp và Dịch vụ VSIP Hải Phòng được thành lập tại huyện Thủy Nguyên năm 2008, thành phố Hải Phòng, với 500ha đất khu công nghiệp và 1,100ha đất khu đô thị. Hiện tại có 9 dự án VSIP đang hoạt động trên 7 tỉnh thành cả nước.
