Mô Tả Công Việc
- Responsible for the engineering department day-to-day operations in leading, planning and managing.
- To lead and motivate a team of engineering personnel to meet company’s goal and objectives.
- Comprehending and executing company rules and regulations.
- Responsible for line efficiency improvement.
- To participate in quality meeting with suppliers, sub-contractor and customer (when applicable).
- To prepare staff confirmation and annual review reports and ensure that the staffs are adequately trained.
- Authorized to approve engineering document and also the specification changes.
- Authority to liaise with vendor on purchase of equipment.
- To carry out job assignment from time to time assigns by superior.
- To lead and motivate a team of engineering personnel to meet company’s goal and objectives.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
* Requirements:
- Male
- University graduated-Engineering Degree holder
- Well understand electrical and electronic product assembly and finished product technology
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience related to production, mechanical, automation
- Ability to speak Japanese for business communication.
- Have experience and ability to transfer new project from Japan and other countries to factory in Viet Nam
- Willing to contribute to achieving company targets (not only individual or department ones)
- Good health
- Work independent and team work.
- Can train and instruction subordinate
- Salary will be negotiable.
* Benefit:
- Bonus: 2 times/year (Bonus based on of positive profit from company business performance).

- Social welfare: Employee will be entitled regulations in compliance with Labor Code of Vietnam such as Social & Medical Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, Periodical health check).
- Other regimes: Follow the Labor Code and company’s other regulations.
- Working time: Admin hour
- Day off: Public holidays, Sundays and 2 Saturdays/Month
- Means of Transportation: Company bus for Ha Noi – Vinh Phuc- Ha Noi route.
