Responsible for the management of all e-commerce platforms including order fulfillment and product upload.
Manage and enhance end-to-end customer experience across various channels and customer touch points.
ONLINE ORDER FULFILLMENT
- Orders processing and scheduling of deliveries for various e-commerce channels (e.g. Lazada, Shopee etc.) in a
timely and accurate manner.
- Follow up on any product returns received from the e-commerce channels.
- Handle all customers’ enquiries received via the e-commerce channel’s online chat, product Q&A including
providing service recovery as and when necessary.
- Attend to customers’ order related issues (e.g., missing/ damaged parcels etc.) in a timely manner with lead times.
-Working closely with warehouse teams to ensure the fulfilment of orders on time and printing necessary documents.
SET-UP AND MANAGE WEBSITES AND E-COMMERCE.
- Manage and assist in the product content, images, inventory, promotion, and pricing update/ upload on the
eCommerce Channels and to ensure all information is always updated and inventory are well-stocked.
- Overall manage / edit product descriptions and pictures for online platforms.
- Assist with updates to our e-commerce website.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize performance based on the insights.
-Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

-Minimum 2 years’ experience in related field
-Strong hands-on experience with Ecommerce Marketplace Channel
-Attention to details and good follow-up capabilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills English & Vietnamese
WORKING TIME/LOCATION
8:00 to 17:00 - Monday to Friday, every alternate Saturday is half working day (8 am to 12 pm)
