SOCOTEC Vietnam is a technical support platform for the SOCOTEC Group providing expert services on a range of projects in testing, inspection and certification (TIC) in the construction and infrastructure sectors. Around the globe, more than 15,000 experts in 26 countries across 5 continents deliver professional services in construction, buildings & real estate, infrastructures, environment & safety and certification.

We are currently expanding our ENGINEERING SERVICES and are looking for a CAD Drafter join our growing team and help deliver high quality projects to our clients.

Job Description

- Create, update, and revise CAD drawings, particularly for façade renovations, building upgrades, due diligence, and site monitoring, based on inputs from site inspections and surveys. - - - - -

• Prepare and update project documents such as specifications and bid packages.
• Produce architectural 3D models of buildings and structures.
• Update designs and verify the accuracy of drawings to ensure the integrity and quality of all deliverables.
• Coordinate drawings, deliverables, and design changes with overseas colleagues.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with partners.
• Contribute to the development of internal drawing standards, libraries, and guidelines.
  
  

Qualifications

• Degree in architecture, civil engineering or equivalent;
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role;
• Fluent in English. Additional languages (Dutch, French, German, Spanish, Italian…) are welcome;
• Proven experience working with AutoCAD, Revit and other CAD software;
• Proven experience with working in collaborative teams with different offices;
• Work experience for international companies for infrastructure, particular experience with drawings for American projects are preferred;
• Must have exceptional attention to detail; strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities;
• Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Seft-driven and want to be held accountable and rewarded for achieving outcomes and results.
