This is a manager-level position responsible for driving sales growth by managing strategic distributors and wholesale partners. The role requires a strong brand-side commercial mindset, business ownership, and the ability to develop long-term business plans, drive sell-out performance, and build strategic partnerships.

Sales Achievement:
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through key accounts and wholesale channels.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and stock levels to optimize inventory turnover.

Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and distributors.
- Support distributors with sales strategies, promotional planning, and retail execution to drive sell-out.

Buying Plan Management:
- Develop and execute seasonal buying plans aligned with market demand and brand strategy.
- Collaborate with distributors and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order placement.

Sales & Stock & Buying Analysis:
- Provide regular reports and insights on sales trends, stock health, and market dynamics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align supply with demand and avoid overstock or stockouts.

Market Development:
- Identify and onboard new customers to expand market reach.
- Conduct weekly field visits to meet clients, assess market conditions, and capture sales opportunities.

Trend Monitoring:
- Stay ahead of market trends and consumer behavior to adjust sales strategies proactively.
- React quickly to market changes to capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Reporting:
- Prepare and submit Daily , weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales reports.
- Track KPIs and provide actionable insights to management and partners.
- Maintain accurate records of account performance, buying plans, and customer interactions.

• Degree in Business/ Retail Management/ Statistics/ Business Analytics
• At least 3 years of brand-side experience managing strategic distributors or wholesale partners in the retail fashion industry.
• Excellent computer skills, proficient in Excel
• Excellent interpersonal, planning and organization skills to multi-task in a retail environment
• Positive work attitude and able to work under pressure Bilingual, proactive and strong analytical skills

• Strong presentation and report-writing skills
• Proficiency in English MS Office; Excel & Power Point excellence
